Social Security and Disability

Inscore, Rinehardt, Whitney and Enderle has been successfully securing Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (SSDIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits for their clients for over 30 years. The receipt of those benefits often means the difference between keeping a home and assets or losing them as a result of foreclosure or actions of creditors. Those individuals often find themselves having to move in with their elderly parents, siblings or children in order to have a place to live. In other words, these are not trivial cases. The ultimate receipt of benefits can result in the payment of many thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the disabled worker and in doing so allow them to maintain their dignity.

Because the stakes are so high Inscore, Rinehardt, Whitney and Enderle encourages their potential clients to carefully consider the following factors when they seek an attorney to help them.

  • does the individual person who will be representing you have substantial experience in handling these type of cases?
  • Is he or she a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives and if so for how long?
  • Is the person who will be representing you actually an attorney?
  • Is your attorney located in an office that is within a one hour drive from your home?
  • Will you actually get to have a face to face meeting with your attorney when you employ him so he can give you the personal attention you deserve?

Inscore, Rinehardt, Whitney and Enderle believes the professional relationship between the attorney and client should be one developed by actual face to face interaction with the attorney representing himor her. So, when you contact us, we will start the process with an appointment with an experienced attorney who will not only have many questions for you, but also will take the time to answer your questions.

There is no fee to you unless we are able to obtain a favorable decision for you.  All fees are subject to the approval of our fee agreement by the Social Security Administration.

After the initial appointment, we will go to work to obtain all the information that has been gathered by the Bureau of Disability Determinations for the Social Security Administration, analyze this information, determine why your case was denied, and then develop a plan to best achieve a favorable result for you.  That plan will include gathering all of the records that may have been overlooked and all new medical treatment records as they develop.  Those documents will then be sent to the appropriate component involved in the various stages of the administrative appeal process.  That process includes Reconsideration appeals, Administrative Law Judge hearings and appeals to the Appeals Council.
